The chargesheet was filed under IPC Sections like 307 (attempt to murder) and 120B (criminal conspiracy) and Section 9-B of the Explosive Act, police said.
The case against Mishra pertains to a bombing incident here in which one Abhaya Bhatt was injured. Bhatt allegedly had a dispute with Mishra over a land purchase deal.
The police filed the charges against Mishra basing mainly on the statements given by co-accused in the case - Ganesh Sahu, who was arrested earlier this year soon after Mishra was arrested by Paradip police in a murder case.
