The 48-year-old 'Anger Management' star, who has married thrice, will reportedly be more generous with Brett in terms of the prenup as compared to his last wife Brooke Mueller, reported Radar Online.
"(The actor) will absolutely be getting a prenup, just in case. Charlie will be a little more generous with Brett in regards to the prenup, than he was with Brooke," a source said.
Sheen apparently refused to have a prenup with second wife, Denise Richards, as it was not needed at the time.
"Charlie will pay for Brett's legal fees as they work out the details of the prenup. For him, this is only a formality. He doesn't think Brett is after his money. This time, it's different," the source added.
The actor had popped the question to Rossi in Hawaii on Valentine's Day in a romantic way.
