Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh has instructed district collectors to organise literacy-based meetings at all village schools in their region this month, a state public relations official said here.
In the third week of September and the first week of January 2016, a special village contact programme (Gram Suraj Abhiyan) to address grievances will be launched under which ministers, MPs, MLAs and school principals will visit schools to evaluate their education system, the official said.
They will also interact with parents as well as observe school infrastructure, quality of education and the registered number of students, he said.
