Chhotepur supporters burn effigy of Kejriwal

Hundreds of supporters of Sucha Singh Chhotepur, who was recently removed as Punjab convenor of AAP, today burnt an effigy of Delhi Chief Minister and AAP national convenor Arvind Kejriwal and raised slogans against him in Kalanaur town here.
Supporters of Chhottepur led by Amrik Singh, Zonal in charge AAP, Rajinder Singh Bhangu, district in-charge of Ex serviceman wing, took out a protest march and also burnt the effigy of Kejriwal.
The protestors also burnt the posters of APP carrying photos of Kejriwal, Sanjay Singh, and local leader Gurpartap Singh Khushalpur.
The supporters of Chhottepur led by APP youth leaders Amandip Singh Gill raised anti Kejriwal slogans in the meeting of AAP at a hotel here last evening.
AAP volunteers organised an anti-Chhotepur rally at border town of Dera Baba Nanak which was presided over by Ankush Narang.
Addressing the workers, Ankush said that AAP would not tolerate any type of corruption in the party as the fund belonged to the common man and party would not allow anyone to misuse the same at any cost.
Narang challenged Chhotepur to contest assembly election from the Qadian Assembly constituency as independent candidate.
