After inaugurating the court, the Chief Justice said that justice should be provided to the common man from grass root level by the lawyers and judges.
Justice Ray also called upon the lawyers that their services towards the society is not only important but also it will help the victimised persons to get justice within the ambit of the law by their sincere efforts.
The District and Sessions Judge, Rayagada, Md Janab Ajmal and members of the Rayagada Bar Association were present on the occasion.
