The Chief Khalsa Diwan is a century old charitable-cum-educational body.
The court of chief judicial magistrate also imposed a fine of Rs 40,000 on on Santokh Singh.
Advocate Ajay Vermani said the piece of land in question was transferred in the name of Santok Singh after the death of its owner Bishan Singh.
