Inviting delegates of Travel Mart to take part in next year's Simhasth (Kumbh) Mela to be held in Ujjain, Chouhan said that it will be organised in a very grand and unique manner and will be unparallel in the history of fairs so far held in the religious city.
The Simhasth's branding is being done not only in India but also abroad, he added.
To provide facility of translators to foreign tourists coming to attend Simhasth, he said expert guides in foreign languages too will be deployed.
He also informed that islands emerged in the state's largest Indira Sagar reservoir in Khandwa district will be developed as a major tourist spot.
On the occasion, Madhya Pradesh Tourism Minister Surendra Patwa said that heritage tourism too will be promoted in the state by introducing light and sound shows in such places to highlight their glorious past.
