The 24-year-old 'Don't Wake Me Up' hitmaker crashed his Range Rover into a Mercedes in Beverly Hills, California but allegedly refused to hand over his documents to the police, reported TMZ.
Brown, who did not try and flee the scene, is still on probation for beating on-and-off girlfriend Rihanna back in 2009.
The rapper had a similar case in February where he claimed that he was cut off by aggressive paparazzi, in Los Angeles.
