The former couple's old feelings will return when Chris reaches out to Joan for help.
Camargo is expected to make his first appearance in the seventh episode of 'Elementary's new season.
English actress Ophelia Lovibond will also appear in the CBS drama's third season as Kitty Winter, 'Sherlock's new protege.
Meanwhile, Gina Gershon and Raza Jaffrey have joined the cast as well ahead of the new season.
