The applications involving land of more than one acre for areas falling under industrial zones of the published Final Development Plan will also not be accepted, an official release said today.
"In such cases, the applicant would be asked to apply online on the Haryana Enterprises Promotion Centre's (HEPC) portal," it said.
Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar in a press conference here, on the completion of BJP government's 1,000 days in July, had said that the CLU permission allegedly used to be the biggest scam in previous regimes, "which too has been decentralised and made deadline-bound."
"If the applicant does not get approval within this duration, then on the 31st day onwards, it would be considered deemed CLU," the chief minister had said.
