The five-day annual event beginning on August 8 will be inaugurated jointly by Governor K K Paul, Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat, Higher Education Minister Dhan Singh Rawat and CNR Rao.
The conclave, where toppers of universities located in the state are honoured annually, is a brainchild of the governor.
