Coastal Security Awareness campaign

: The Southern Naval Command will conduct Coastal Security Awareness Campaign (CSACs) along the coastal villages of Alappuzha District from tomorrow.
The campaign is aimed at bringing in awareness about the threats from the sea and the way coastal populace can help the nation in thwarting it and safety precautions to be taken by fishermen at sea, a Defence press release said today.
The Coastal Security Awareness Campaign will also be undertaken in Arthunkal, Kattoor tomrrow and at Punnapra, Thottappally and Pathiankara villages on August 22, the release said.
