Cold conditions prevail in Raj

With the revival of cold wave conditions in the northern region, parts of Rajasthan witnessed chilly weather.
Mount Abu was the coldest recorded place in the state at 3.4 degrees Celsius, according to a MeT report here.
Sriganganagar recorded a minimum of 3.9 degrees Celsius, while Churu had a low of 5 degrees Celsius, the report said.
Temperatures in Jaipur, Ajmer, Pilani, Kota, Udaipur, Chittorgarh, and Jaisalmer varied between 6 degrees Celsius and 12 degrees Celsius.
The cold weather conditions would slightly abate during the next 24 hours, the Met said.
