The comic book written by Jayfri Hashim will be available in digital version as well as hard copy on April 2, reported Aceshowbiz.
The book will tell Cobain's early career and his rise to fame.
It is a part of the publisher's "Tribute" series which previously featured artists such as John Lennon, Paul McCartney, Jim Morrison and Keith Richards.
For their next tribute series, they plan to release books featuring singer Freddie Mercury and the members of British comedy group Monty Python.
