Conditional permission for VCK to hold public meeting,med camp

The Madras High Court bench here has given conditional permission to Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi to hold Medical camp and public meeting to mark Ambedkar's birth day.
The conditions include ban on potraying pictures of political leaders or dalit leaders who were alive in the flex boards.
Justice S Vaidhyanathan in his order said police should ensure that those participated in the public meeting did not come after consuming liquor and create nuisance. He also said that speakers should not be allowed as the students were focussing on examinations now.
He said the medical camp should be held without noise pollution. The party should not play songs or raise slogans against rival political party or caste leaders.

The flex board should not contain picture of the leaders of the political parties who were alive and the flex board content should not be pro or against any political party or person. Police should videograph the events and file a report on December 8, the court said.
