"With six leaders skipping the cabinet meet, infighting in the Congress party is clearly at its peak," Leader of Opposition in Uttarakhand Assembly Ajay Bhatt, said.
Bhatt alleged that initially ministers were kept "jobless" after they were not allocated departments for a month, and now with the Model Code of Conduct in place they would remain "without any work".
The BJP leader further said that the Congress government was only attempting to woo people ahead of the election season by announcing schemes and alleged that around Rs 12.50 crore have been spent by them on inauguration ceremonies only.
