"We have come to know from media reports that Mudhole MLA G Vithal Reddy, who was elected on Congress ticket, has joined TRS in the presence of State Minister T Harish Rao. We will seek an explanation from him through the Congress party's legal cell.
"After obtaining clarification from him, if it is found to be true, appropriate action will be taken as per the law on defections," Telangana Congress Legislature Party leader K Jana Reddy said in a media release.
