At the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper for delivery in far-month August declined by Rs 1.05, or 0.28 per cent, to Rs 370.25 per kg, in a business turnover of 70 lots.
Similarly, the metal for delivery in June traded lower by 85 paise, or 0.23 per cent, to Rs 366.55 per kg in 4,800 lots.
Analysts attributed the fall in copper prices at futures trade to offloading of positions by traders owing to muted demand from consuming industries in the physical market.
