Copper prices eased by Rs 2 per kg at the non-ferrous metal market today owing to slackened demand from consuming industries.
However, other base metals traded in a tight range in limited deals and settled around previous levels.
Traders said sluggish demand from consuming industries led to decline in copper prices.
In the national capital, copper mixed scrap weakened by Rs 2 to Rs 366 per kg.

Zinc ingot Rs 116-122, Nickel plate (4x4) Rs 907-912, Gun metal scrap Rs 227, Bell metal scrap Rs 229, Copper mixed scrap Rs 366, Chadri deshi Rs 295.
