Copra Rajapur Mumbai slips on lower demand

Copra Rajapur Mumbai declined in an otherwise lacklustre spices market here today on lower demand from stockists and retailers amid reduced export offtake.
All other spices ruled steady in the absence of any worthwhile buying.
Copra Rajapur Mumbai fell by Rs 200 per quintal to Rs 10,800 from yesterday's closing level of Rs 11,000.
Following are today's closing rates (in Rs with previous rates in brackets):
Black pepper (per kg) 680/740 (680/740), ginger bleached (per kg) 160 (160), ginger unbleached (per kg) 180 (180), copra office Alapuzha (per quintal) 5,600 (5,600), copra office Kozhikode (per quintal) 5,400 (5,400), copra Rajapur Mumbai (per quintal) 10,800 (11,000), copra edible Mumbai (per quintal) 7,500 (7,500).
