In his complaint, advocate Rohit Aggarwal accused the three policemen, including an ASI, of thrashing him over the issue of parking his vehicle near the judicial office parking gate.
He alleged that he was dragged by the cops inside the parking gate and his clothes were torn.
When fellow advocates learnt about the thrashing incident, they suspended their work and complained to District and Session Judge Deepak Gupta seeking the arrest of the three cops.
Terming the incident as "irresponsible" behaviour of the police, District Bar Association President Shiam Singh said that work would remain suspended till the errant cops were not arrested.
