The "Straight Outta Compton" actor Corey Hawking has been roped in to star in the "24" revival series.
Hawkins' character details are not revealed yet, but he will topline the potential series that is not bring back Kiefer Sutherland's Jack Bauer, reported Variety.
The pilot order for "24: Legacy" was confirmed earlier this month at the Television Critics Association press tour.
The story will focus on military hero's return to the US and the trouble that follows him back pushing him to ask the CTU for help and stopping what potentially considered as one of the largest-scale terror attacks on America.
Original "24" producers Howard Gordon, Manny Coto, Evan Katz and Brian Grazer will return as executive producers.
