When the House re-assembled after lunch break, Naresh Chand Uttam, who was in the chair, directed the executive engineer to appear before it on May 22 at noon.
He said, "Stringent action will be initiated against the accused officer. As far as presenting the officer before the House is concerned, the government will abide by the orders of the Chairman.
