Couple injured in Murirka cylinder blast dies

A couple, who were among 14 people injured in a cylinder blast in a laundry shop in Munirka last week and undergoing treatment at a hospital, died today.
Mukul Rohatgi and his wife Poonam succumbed to their injuries this morning, police said.
They were passing by the shop at the time of the incident that occurred last Friday, they said.
Three others are still critical and undergoing treatment at the hospital, police said.
The blast damaged the ground floor of the building that housed the laundry and ready-made garments shops. The other floors were safe and the occupants were evacuated in time, they added.
