The couple and their son, aged around 12 years, were proceeding from Kolkata to Puri when the mishap took place and the badly damaged car was found near Chapulia on the National Highway No 5, police officials said.
The deceased were identified as Kaushik Ghose (42) and his wife Soumya Ghose (35). The injured boy, Reshab Ghose was admitted to Soro Hospital, they said, adding that they were from Alipur area in Kolkata.
