Court notice to complainant in Amit Shah's alleged hate speech

A local court today issued a fresh notice to a complainant to file objections, if any, to police giving a clean chit to BJP President Amit Shah on an alleged hate speech during Lok Sabha elections in April 2014.
Additional Chief JudicialMagistrate Sita Ram issued the notice to Babu Ram, the then sub-divisional magistrate, asking him to file objection, if any, against the police giving clean chit given to Shahin the case here.
Police have filed a final report in the court last week saying that there is no evidence against Shah.
According to prosecution, police had lodged an FIR at Kakrili police starion against the BJP chief accusing him of making an allegedly inflammatory speech at Batvar village in the district.
The final report of the police is pending in court which fixed March 1 for filing any objection in the case.
The final report can be accepted after giving an opportunity to the complainant to file any objection.
