Cowboy Bebop live-action TV show in the works

Popular Japanese anime "Cowboy Bebop" is all set to get its live-action adaptation as a television show.
The anime, which aired from 1998-99 with 26 episodes in Japan, is a space Western focused on the Cowboys, a group of rag-tag bounty hunters, reported Deadline.
The story will be penned by "Thor: The Dark World" and "Thor: Ragnarok"-fame writer, Chris Yost.
Tomorrow Studios is backing the project, who have earlier supported "Ghost in the Shell" and "Death Note".
The characters also include an amnesiac con artist, Faye Valentine, former officer Jet Black, expert hacker and young girl Edward Wong, and genetically-engineered Pembroke Welsh Corgi Ein.
