CRPF man commits suicide

A Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jawan today committed suicide by shooting himself with his service rifle at a camp here.
Head constable Rakesh Kumar Solanki fired at himself from his service rifle at the CRPF camp at Karan Nagar, resulting inhis on-the-spot death, a police official said.
It was not immediately clear why the jawan took such an extreme step, the official said, adding the inquest proceedings under section 174 CrPC have been initiated into the incident.
