Following is the chronology of events in which a Delhi court Tuesday summoned Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, his deputy Manish Sisodia and 11 AAP legislators, who are accused in the Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash assault case, to appear before it on October 25.
* Feb 19, 2018:CS Anshu Prakash allegedly assaulted during a meeting at Kejriwal's residence.
* Feb 20:Police registers FIR; AAP MLA Prakash Jarwal arrested.
* Feb 21:AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan also taken into custody.
Delhi court rejects police plea for two-day custodial interrogation of AAP MLAs, sends them to jail.
* Feb 22:Delhi court sends AAP MLAs to 14-day judicial custody.
* Feb 23:Court dismisses bail plea of AAP MLAs, terms incident as "premeditated conspiracy".
* Feb 27:AAP MLA Jarwal moves sessions court against the magisterial court's order; denied relief again.
* Mar 1:Delhi Police summons two AAP MLAs for questioning Nitin Tyagi and Rajesh Rishi. While Tyagi did not show up, Rishi was questioned for two hours.
Delhi High Court issues notice to the Delhi Police to file a status report in the matter byMarch 7.
* Mar 6:Amanatullah Khan moves HC for bail.
* Mar 7:HC says CS cannot be harassed through notices by Assembly committees for pursuing complaint.
* Mar 8:A Delhi court extends judicial custody of AAP MLAs by 14 days.
* Mar 9:HC grants bail to Prakash Jarwal and suggests the Delhi government to videograph all meetings between the MLAs and bureaucrats for transparency.
* Mar 12:HC grants bail to Amanatullah Khan.
* May 18:Delhi Police questions Kejriwal for over three hours.
* May 22: Delhi court seeks response of the city police on an application by Kejriwal, seeking a copy of a video and his statement recorded by the probe agency.
* May 30:Delhi court dismisses application of Kejriwal seeking a copy of a video and his statement.
* July 13:HC directs Anshu Pralkash and two other bureaucrats JB Singh (now retired), Shurbir Singh to appear before Legislative Assembly panels or face contempt action.
* Jul 24:HC asks CS to appear before Assembly panel; says he is protected.
* Aug 13:Kejriwal, Sisodia among 13 AAP MLAs chargesheeted in CS assault case. Others who were named as accused in the charge sheet were 11 AAP MLAs -- Amanatullah Khan, Prakash Jarwal, Nitin Tyagi, Rituraj Govind, Sanjeev Jha, Ajay Dutt, Rajesh Rishi, Rajesh Gupta, Madan Lal, Parveen Kumar and Dinesh Mohania.
* Aug 14:Kejriwal files plea in Delhi court to restrain police from sharing charge sheet with media.
* Aug 25: Delhi court rejects Kejriwal's plea; reserves its order.
* Sept 18: Court summons Kejriwal, Sisodia and 11 others and directs them to appear on October 25.
