The "People vs OJ Simpson" star did not hold back when Andy Cohen asked his opinion on whether Cruise, 53, had cosmetic help to look so young during 'What Happens Live'.
"Absolutely yes!," he said.
"I don't know what he's had done, but I surprised him at his house one day, and he had all these little red dots over his face. And I said, 'You all right?' and he said, 'I didn't know you were coming,'" Gooding, 48, said.
When Cohen asked "Injections?", Gooding replied, "I don't know. That's his own business.
