Dacoity gang busted in Odisha

With the arrest of seven persons including four women in Ganjam district, police today claimed to have busted a gang who beg during day time posing as handicapped and loot in the night.
Police also seized about Rs 40,000, a knife and other materials from them during an operation in Chhatrapur on Wednesday.
The gangsters belong to Paradi village in Buldhana district of Maharastra, police said.
Police busted the gang from the Chhatrapur railway station when its members were begging in the area posing as lame persons.
While begging during day time, they identify houses or shops for loot in the night, police said adding they were operating in Chhatrapur and nearby areas.
