The company in a filing to the BSE said, "The Board of Directors of Datamatics Global Services Ltd has decided to wind up Datamatics Global Services GmbH and Datamatics Global Solutions GmbH, subsidiaries of the company with effect from June 15, 2015."
The filing added the firm has commenced the process of winding-up of these subsidiary companies in Germany.
The company reported a total income of Rs 827.99 crore for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2015. Established in 1975, the company provides IT and BPO services and has offices in US, Europe, Australia and India.
