David, 38, and Victoria, 39, who have four children - 14-year-old Brooklyn, 11-year-old Romeo, eight-year-old Cruz and two-year-old daughter Harper, reportedly spent an extra five million pounds on the property, which is situated in the central London, reported Daily express.
"They have been working to a new schedule since David retired from football. The new place is a project - and a place for the kids, particularly Harper. It will be her memories of a childhood home when she is older," a source said.
It is believed that the house also has a hair salon, a gym and a sound system so music can be played in any room via a phone or tablet.
The children will reportedly have the entire second floor which has three bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. The property also has a tunnel for security staff.
