"According to reports, a rat was found in the mid-day meal which was served in the school in Nagla Pachiya under Dakshin police station area this afternoon," District Magistrate Vijay Kiran Anand said.
SDM Vijay Singh has been asked to conduct an inquiry into the incident and action would be taken when the probe report is received, the DM said, adding that no one has taken ill because of the incident.
