Debt-ridden man commits suicide in Rajasthan

Upset over financial issues, a 50-year-old man allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself from a tree this morning at Gandhi park of Nainwa town here, police said.
Badrilal Mali hanged himself as he was in depression due to his inability to pay a heavy debt and was also an alcohol addict, SHO of Nainwa police station Subhash Punia said.
A case under section 174 of Criminal Penal Code has been lodged in this connection, he said, adding, the body has been handed over to family members after post mortem and the matter is being investigated.
