Transport Minister Gopal Rai said that after getting complaints on helpline number 8588833521, government will send volunteers and inform traffic police personnel at the spot to clear traffic jams.
"We have identified 32 points on the city's roads where traffic congestion is reported. To deal with the situation, we will deploy volunteers at these stretches to manage the traffic," Rai told reporters here.
Rai had recently directed Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), Public Works Department (PWD) and DJB to carry out construction and repair works at night during the ongoing second phase of the fortnight-long odd-even scheme.
