Delhiites wake up to sunny morning, temperature likely to soar

Delhiites today woke up to a sunny morning, with the minimum temperature settling at 17.6 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of the year.

The weatherman has predicted that temperature may soar to 39 degrees Celsius.

According to the MeT department, the humidity level recorded was 49 per cent.

An official of the department has predicted clear skies throughout the day.

"The skies will remain clear and the maximum temperature is expected to hover around 39 degrees Celsius," the official said.

Yesterday, the minimum temperature settled at 17.3 degrees Celsius while the maximum temperature recorded was 33.7 degrees Celsius.
