Demand for renaming of Karimnagar district after former PM Rao
"We demand that the district be renamed after the former PM in recognition of his services," the former civil supplies minister said addressing a meeting of the Telangana United Brahaman Political Awareness organisation here today.
The former PM hailed from this district.
The meeting also resolved to have a 5 per cent reservation for Brahmins in total number of seats for Assembly and Lok Sabha polls.
