The 22-year-old 'Really Don't Care' singer invited the young fan up on stage to propose to her, after noticing his poster, which read: "I have a ring for you," reported People magazine.
Grant got down on one knee and proposed to Lovato.
"You are the cutest little boy ever!" she said. "Where's that ring? Because I think if you're up here we should make it official."
After getting his parents to pass the ring to the stage, Lovato continued, "Before you do it, do you know how to propose to somebody? Can you get down on one knee with me? Now will you ask me, 'Demi, will you marry me?'"
She recently revealed that she is currently working on her fifth studio album.
