Dera disciples take out procession in favour of film

With various Sikh organisations, including the Akal Takht, demanding a ban on the release of Dera Sacha Sauda sect head Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh's movie, a large number of followers of the Dera today took out a procession in favour of the movie, saying it is against social evils.
The followers took out a procession in Hansi town, about 26 km from here today.
They carried placards in favour of the movie and said that the film was against the social evils like drug addiction, female foeticide and appealed the people to watch it.
A large number of women also participated in the procession.

Dera chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh's movie 'Messenger of God', in which he plays the main role, is set to hit theatres later this month.
