Nair will lead the company's business distribution channels across all retail asset product verticals and focus on further strengthening the effectiveness of the organisation's revenue generation process, DHFL said in a statement.
Prior to joining DHFL, Nair served as executive vice president, Business Head - Home Loans and Unsecured Loans with HDFC Bank.
Santosh brings with him over two decades of experience in the banking industry with expertise in sales and distribution, operations and manpower management.
