Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd today said that its subsidiary -- Diamond Power Transformers Limited -- has planned to bring out an initial public offer on the SME Exchange.
"The Company has received notice from its subsidiary Diamond Power Transformers Limited for the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on August 25, 2015. The main agenda of the meeting is to approve IPO of equity shares of its arm on the SME Exchange," Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE today.
"The company (Diamond Power Transformers Limited) has informed that the above agenda is subject to approval of shareholders in the Extraordinary General Meeting and regulatory authorities as and where applicable," the statement said.
Shares of Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd were trading at Rs 47.20 per piece, up 0.75 per cent at BSE.
