Direction given by Modi govt well received: Khattar

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar today praised the Narendra Modi government, saying the direction given by it in the last one year has been well received by the people.
Slamming the Congress, Khattar said, "Even after 68 years of Independence, the public was feeling betrayed by the previous governments."
However, he added that in between former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee too served for a short tenure "but because of short period his government could not implement things which they wanted".
"Now the task left incomplete by them would be completed under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi," Khattar said, according to an official release here.

He also congratulated the Centre and Prime Minister Modi on the completion of one year of the government and said that new schemes would be implemented for the needy and the poor people.
