Dishman Pharma climbs 4% on fixing record date for bonus issue

Dishman Pharma's scrip rose by over 4 per cent today after the company fixed May 3 as record date for bonus shares.
The stock climbed 4.1 per cent to Rs 357.65 on BSE.
On NSE, it went up by 4.18 per cent to Rs 357.50.
On the volume front, 1.20 lakh shares of the company changed hands at BSE and over 5 lakh at NSE during the morning trade.
In a filing to BSE yesterday, Dishman Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals said the management committee of the board of directors has fixed May 3, 2016 as the record date for the purpose of deciding who shall be eligible for allotment of bonus shares in the proportion of one bonus equity share of Rs 2 each, for every one fully paid-up equity share of Rs 2 each.
