A special monitoring of drinking water supply will be carried out in Haryana's Mewat, Bhiwani, Rewari and Narnaul districts.
Haryana Chief Secretary D S Dhesi today gave a direction in this regard during the Public Health Engineering and Irrigation Department's first meeting of task force and sub-committee for supply of drinking water here, an official spokesman said.
The Chief Secretary said immediate steps should be taken for supplying drinking water in areas where there is shortage of stored water and also in areas where the supply of drinking water is less.
