The incident occurred last night around 10.45 PM when the driver Santosh was going to his home in Samaypur Badli from Lajpat Nagar, a senior police officer said.
His helper Roshan (24) was killed in the accident, he said.
The driver was nabbed. Prima facie, it seems like Santosh was drunk, he added.
His blood samples have been taken and they will be tested to ascertain the level of alcohol consumed, the officer said.
