The DMK had on March 6 filed a petition slamming the Election Commission for not responding to its representation on use of symbols by ruling AIADMK on government buses and photos of Chief Minister Jayalalithaa on water bottles.
Replying to the petition filed by DMK treasurer M K Stalin counsel for EC G Rajagopalan said the photographs of Jayalalithaa has been concealed on the water bottles and other places of government properties.
R Vidudalai, counsel for Stalin also sought a direction from the court to cover or remove the the paintings and photographs on the government properties.
Justice T Raja posted case for further hearing to Thursday.
