Edible oils trade bearish on stockist selling

Groundnut oil prices maintained its bearish trend at the Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market on stockist selling amid subdued demand from stockist and retailers.
Refined palmolein also declined owing to lack of buying support from retailers.
While, linseeds oil maintained its steady trend in the absence of any worthwhile buying activity.
In the non-edible section, castorseeds bold and castor oil commercial slipped following lower demand from shippers and soap industries.
In the edible segment,groundnutoil dipped by Rs 10 per 10kg to Rs 990 from Wednesday's closing level of Rs 1,000 and refined palmolein moved down by Rs 3 per 10kg to Rs 500 from Rs 503.

Moving to non-edible segment, Castorseeds bold fell by Rs 10 per 100kg to Rs 4,265 from Rs 4,275 and castoroil commercial moved-down by Rs 2 per 10kg to Rs 883 as against Rs 885 yesterday.
Linseedoil closed unchanged at Rs 775 per 10kg.
