Among eight nominations, five were filed by the Congress, two nominations were filed by the YSR Congress and one was filed by an independent.
In Pulivendula, four people filed nominations on behalf of the Congress and one person filed a nomination at Jammulamadugu as a Congress supporter.
Meanwhile, two YSR Congress supporters filed nominations at Badvel and Mydukur.
However, no nominations were received for corporaters for the Kadapa Municipal Corporation.
