It had posted net profit of Rs 6.41 crore for April-June period of 2014-15 fiscal, EIH said in a filing to the BSE.
Its standalone total income from operations rose to Rs 302.42 crore for the quarter, as against Rs 284.12 crore in the year-ago period.
"The exceptional items for three months ended June 30, 2015 represent profit on sale of property at Darjeeling, West Bengal," EIH said.
The Group is also engaged in flight catering, airport restaurants, travel and tour services, car rentals, project management and corporate air charters.
EIH Ltd's stock closed at Rs 112.80 per scrip, up 0.89 per cent, on the BSE.
